High-resolution full-frame 4K movies24 with full-pixel readout without pixel binning that condenses approximately 2.4 times25 the amount of data required for 4K movies (QFHD: 3840 x 2160) results in minimal moiré and jaggies. Advanced image processing makes it possible to record full-frame 4K movies with outstanding image quality in the mid-to-high ISO range, so you make the most of the 4K movie format’s unique potential in every shot. Super 35mm can also be selected, instead of full-frame mode, as needed.
Providing high resolution and contrast, plus the excellent gradation and colour reproduction that are advantages of OLED viewfinders, this approximately 2359K-dot XGA OLED Tru-Finder faithfully depicts images with clear corner-to-corner visibility. Magnification is 0.78x (approx. 38.5° diagonal FOV). ZEISS T* coating greatly reduces obtrusive lens reflection on the ocular lens. Startup is approximately 40% faster than with the a7 II when the camera is switched on. Furthermore, view mode can be set to “High” to provide finer and more natural details by taking maximum advantage of the data read from the 24.2 effective megapixel sensor.
Longer battery life to shoot for more professional lengths
For extended periods of confident shooting, the NP-FZ100 battery has approximately 2.2 times the capacity of a NP-FW50 battery that allows shooting of up to approximately 710 photos32 with one full charge and an optional VG-C3EM Vertical Grip can hold two batteries. USB Type-C and Multi/Micro USB ports allow external mobile batteries to power the camera for extended recording. Even more conveniently, accessories such as a remote control unit can be used via Multi/Micro USB port while power is supplied via USB Type-C port. BC-QZ1 optional battery charger allows quicker charging than charging via USB.

Types of Warranty
*Collect and Return – In the case of a claim under warranty, TEKshop or the Manufacturer will arrange collection and once the repair is completed, they will return it back to you. This will be at the expense of TEKshop or the Manufacturer.
** Return To Base – In the case of a claim under warranty, you will be responsible for returning the device back to TEKshop, at your expense. TEKshop will then carry the repair and return the device back to you. The return shipping will be at the expense of TEKshop.
*** All PC Components and Accessories will have Return To Base Warranty.

Warranty
We stand by our products!
All our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty unless stated otherwise on the listing (usually under the conditions tab). This applies to manufacturing defects or hardware faults that develop in the first months of ownership (between 6 and 12 months depending on the item).
All orders are posted with a VAT invoice in the box showing the date of purchase, price and VAT details. Please keep this invoice safe as it is sometimes required for warranty claims. You are of course welcome to contact us for a replacement invoice if needed, and we can also email copies if you would like a digital version.
Please note: Any item delivered damaged must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.
In the event of a fault developing in the first 14 days of receiving your purchase, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, we will help you with troubleshooting and resolving the issue. If a fault develops after 30 days, you will need to get in touch with the manufacturer to open a warranty claim. This will usually involve letting them know what has gone wrong and they will arrange for the issue to be rectified for you. If for any reason the manufacturer rejects the warranty claim, or you have any other difficulties please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.
