Blue light is known to cause visual discomfort and disrupt sleep quality. However, due to the nature of the special organic lighting materials in an OLED display, ASUS OLED laptops emit 70% less harmful blue light, and they’re also certified by TÜV Rheinland and SGS. More importantly, unlike traditional blue-light filters, shifting the spectrum means there’s no need to compromise colour accuracy.
PERCEPTUAL BRIGHTNESS
On conventional LCD displays, detail and colour quality usually decrease dramatically as the brightness is reduced. But ASUS OLED laptops are able to show great detail at lower brightness settings due to their high contrast and their ability to maintain a wide colour gamut at low brightness. ASUS OLED laptops can maintain good colour reproduction at any brightness level, so you can freely adjust the screen’s brightness to suit your working environment, while still enjoying exceptionally vivid colours. For example, in the living room environment (usually illuminated at about 100 lux), you only need 177 nits brightness in an OLED display to produce the same clear image as 400 nits brightness in an LCD display. ** Return To Base – In the case of a claim under warranty, you will be responsible for returning the device back to TEKshop, at your expense. TEKshop will then carry the repair and return the device back to you. The return shipping will be at the expense of TEKshop.

Warranty
We stand by our products!
All our products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty unless stated otherwise on the listing (usually under the conditions tab). This applies to manufacturing defects or hardware faults that develop in the first months of ownership (between 6 and 12 months depending on the item).
All orders are posted with a VAT invoice in the box showing the date of purchase, price and VAT details. Please keep this invoice safe as it is sometimes required for warranty claims. You are of course welcome to contact us for a replacement invoice if needed, and we can also email copies if you would like a digital version.
Please note: Any item delivered damaged must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt.
In the event of a fault developing in the first 14 days of receiving your purchase, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, we will help you with troubleshooting and resolving the issue. If a fault develops after 30 days, you will need to get in touch with the manufacturer to open a warranty claim. This will usually involve letting them know what has gone wrong and they will arrange for the issue to be rectified for you. If for any reason the manufacturer rejects the warranty claim, or you have any other difficulties please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.
