My partner and I have just had a week from hell, trying to replace a laptop I (accidentally) crushed which had her PHD on. The 2025 model Acer Swift 16 was perfect for her and we needed a new one. Other major UK suppliers all had switched to a 2026 model (which is actually a downgrade) and all repair shops would not take it because it's too new.
ENTER TEKSHOP! Tekshop had the 'slightly' out of date model still in stock for an extremely reasonable price. While we had some awful experience with delivery, none of which was down to them. They despatched the product quickly, and we would have had it within a day had things gone to plan. Will definitely be using Tekshop in the future! PHD saved, Partner Happy, and I am no longer looking like I'll be sharing the same fate of being crushed by a desk in penance!
