Pre Order Questions

Q: What does "New" mean?

A: When an item is listed as "New" it means there is an intact manufacturer’s seal, or the item is brand new and resealed.

Q: What does "New Other" mean?

A: When an item is listed as "New other" it is either ex-demo or ex-display. These products may possess very minor sign of cosmetic wear or handling, including light scratches or scuffs, which do not affect the performance of the product. Read the listing description or click here more information.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: If you are on UK Mainland and you select Express Delivery its normally next day delivery if your orders are placed before 12.00pm - but this is not guaranteed. Standard delivery is 1-3 days. We will upload tracking details to eBay as soon as they are available. If in doubt email us.

Q: Where can I get tracking information from?

 A: Tracking information will be provided when an item is paid for and dispatched and is automated. Please wait 24 hours before requesting again if the automated system fails (such as an out of date email address on eBay). If you do not receive an item, please contact us and we will work to resolve any problems.

Q: Will the parcel be tracked and insured and which couriers do you use?

A: Yes all parcels are tracked and insured and we use all the main couriers - DPD, TNT, UPS and Royal Mail.

Q: Can you send my item "Special delivery" or "Saturday/Sunday delivery"?

A: Yes, please contact us for more information.

Q: I live in Channel Islands, Highlands or Northern Ireland - how much is shipping and how long will it take?

A: Please email us for shipping costs before ordering - orders will normally take 1-3 days.

Q: Can you offer any discount on the price listed on eBay?

A: Sorry - the margins are too tight to offer any discount - the best price is the price listed on eBay. If you want to buy in bulk then please email us for a quote.

Q: I need my order delivering to a different address - is this possible?

A: We can only deliver to the address you complete in the checkout. Please fill in your new address in the checkout when ordering.

Q: Can I collect my purchase in person?

A: Yes, please contact us for more information.

Q: What payment options do you provide?

A: We accept PayPal, Bank Transfer, bankers draft, or cash (on collection only). We cannot accept payment over the phone or cheques. Please contact us for more details.

Q: Can you upgrade the RAM, processor or any other features on the item?

A: Yes, please contact us with your request.
International Customers

Q: Do you ship outside the UK?

A: YES, But at the moment we only offer shipping to Europe. Please email us for more information and shipping cost.

Once your order has been placed

Q: Where can I find my VAT invoice?

A: You have to request a VAT invoice. Please contact us through eBay and will send it through email or post.

Q: I have not received any tracking details?

A: All order confirmation and tracking numbers are sent to your PayPal email address - usually by 9am the morning after the order was placed - if you have not received these emails please check your spam.

Q: My order has not arrived - what should I do?

A: You should have received a tracking number - please check with the couriers website and call them for more details - if you are still having problems please email us straight away.

Q: My order has arrived but it is faulty - what should I do?

A: Please email us with the details and please contact the manufacturer immediately - click here for all our returns information.

Q: I've a problem with my purchase - what should I do?

A: Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your purchase. We're here to help! Email us at: support@tekshop.co.uk You can expect a response within 24 hours (Mon-Fri 9AM-6PM).

Q: My order has arrived but I have changed my mind and wish to return it.

A: Only unused items can be returned within 14 days (by reasonable reason) - please click here for full details of our returns procedure.

Q: Can I change my shipping address once I have paid?

A: Unfortunately, due to the requirement that we only ship to the PayPal "Confirmed" address. This is the address that will be showing on your PayPal invoice. Please ensure this is correct as once paid for, we are unable to change it.

Q: Can I cancel the item once I have paid for this in PayPal?

A: Once the item is marked as "dispatched" your item will be with our courier, and usually this means we are not able to cancel the purchase. In some circumstances we can cancel the order and re-consign the delivery, however, please note that any shipping cost may not be able to be refunded. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
